- cdlib.evaluation.link_modularity(graph: Graph, communities: object, **kwargs: dict) object ¶
Quality function designed for directed graphs with overlapping communities.
- Parameters:
graph – a networkx/igraph object
communities – NodeClustering object
- Returns:
FitnessResult object
Example:
